Happy Halloween!

This was Hailey's 1st halloween costume, and hello? would you expect anything else from us? She was the cutest football I've ever seen!

The happy football family! Of course I had to be the referee. I didn't get a picture, but Hailey's onesie said "Go Bengals!" Everyone at trunk or treat loved our "theme" and kept asking if that meant we threw Hailey around. We had a few people ask if she was a potato. I guess that's what you get with parents from Idaho, dressing their kid in a big brown suit. This little Hailey is so gorgeous, she even makes the football look good!

My week with Grandma D.

Grandma D came to visit this week...poor Grandma C was sick and couldn't come this week! Hailey loved the added attention and we loved the added sleep and meals! We had a great week and are excited to go to Idaho next week for baby Easton's blessing and to see all the rest of our family! Hailey had another check up yesterday and she is 7 lb 13 oz and still 19 inches long. She got her 2nd PKU test done and after the nurse pricked her heel she cried for like 5 seconds and then fell asleep until after we got home. I couldn't believe it! She is such an amazing baby, you guys should hear her burp! Seriously she could put Jeff to shame it's that loud. Sometimes I think she scares herself when she does it! We are still so amazed at this blessing that has come into our life. She is wonderful!

These are some super cute pics of little Hailey bug while she sleeps. Sometimes she just cracks me up and I still just can't quit staring! She had her 1st Dr. visit yesterday and she weighed 7 lb 1 oz...almost back to birthweight! She's a great eater though so she'll be passing it up pretty quick. Happy 1 week birthday Miss Hailey!

Hailey's Home!

Today is a day that can hardly be described! I really do think it is the happiest day of our life, we got to bring little Hailey home today. Everything has gone so incredibly well, both birthmother and birthfather signed papers today and we brought Hailey home at about 5:00 this evening. Hailey is doing great, she is chowing down right now while Dad is feeding her. What a happy little home we are feeling right now and we want to thank everyone for all of your prayers, fasting, phone calls, e-mails, blog comments, excitement, and unending support. Adoption is really a miracle and I have felt so blessed these last few days in seeing the Lords hand, and work, in so many lives. Enjoy the pics, love you all bunches.

Meet Hailey Ray

Well, this will be as surprising to all of you as it was for us, but we wanted you to meet Hailey Ray...almost. We have had a whirlwind of a week, but we were chosen to be the parents of this beautiful little girl who was born on Friday October 10. She weighed 7 lb. 3 oz and is 19 inches long. Hailey won't be placed with us until Tuesday, but we were just too excited to wait for you to see her!

Our camera is back!

Mom and Aunt Tamara stayed with us last weekend and we had a great time with them, plus they brought my camera with them!!! So, of course, a few pics from our Idaho trip. First, check out the huge fish I caught in Island Park...squirmy little fella.
